Smoke BBQ

Chef Josh White returned to central Pennsylvania honing his culinary skills in New York, Louisiana and beyond. He opened a quaint restaurant focused on authentic locally sourced ingredients, bringing a much needed original taste to the area. To help drive awareness and bring in more customers, he commissioned me to create a small spot focused on the food without the flares of marketing or advertising. He eventually was able to move on from the region due to the success of this small restaurant.
